Returns and exchanges
We want to make sure you receive the correct T-shirt and size.
Size exchanges may be requested within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and returned in their original condition. Exchanges are subject to the requested size and colour still being available.
Customers are responsible for the return and replacement shipping costs for size exchanges or change-of-mind returns. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
We do not provide refunds where a customer has simply changed their mind. Please check the sizing guide carefully before placing your order.
If your item is faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, please contact kiaora@tetaitokerauparty.org.nz as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the item. We will arrange an appropriate repair, replacement or refund in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
Shipping and delivery
Orders are usually dispatched within three to five working days.
Please allow up to three additional working days for delivery within New Zealand. Rural delivery may take longer.
For Australian orders, please allow approximately 3 to 13 working days after dispatch. International delivery and customs timeframes are estimates and may vary.
Please include tracking details in the dispatch email where available.
